Collecting an eDNA pump in Australia

At the end of September, I went to my old stomping grounds at James Cook University in Australia to collect a Grover eDNA pump. This pump is quite affordable compared to other pumps and is much lighter and more compact.

While I was there, I had the opportunity to go out into the field with some wonderful JCU staff to test out my new pump. We collected samples in 30C weather, did a field extraction and brought some samples back to do a lab extraction.
